Note:  As of May 1st there were 25 women registered so the camp is full.  I’m glad Kristin got a strong turnout.

Kristin Armstrong is coming to Sun Valley on the weekend of May28-30 to teach women all about riding. You can see all of the details at her Cycling Academy website. Sign up is at Sportsbaseonline. I am seriously considering it.  It looks like a good way to learn and get motivated.  I heard Kristin speaking at the Blue Cruise last year in Twin Falls (check out my report) and I was impressed by her openness and willingness to help all bikers.

Check out what the Academy offers:

DESCRIPTION: Experience one of the most beautiful places in the West – Sun Valley, Idaho. At this invigorating camp, you will gain all the critical skills necessary to be a better, safer, and more confident cyclist. Skills include riding in groups, descending, braking, and cornering. Join Kristin Armstrong for a few days of fresh air, stunning scenery, and the most fun you can have on two wheels.
