More good vibes on the Grand Fondo from a 2010 participant:

“the 3 Summit Challenge was the best organized and supported race or ride I’ve ever done in this country.  It compares favorably with Gran Fondos I’ve done in Italy.  Please give me the contact information for the person in Cascade who was in charge of organizing the support.  The people of Cascade outdid themselves.  Who ever heard of bike racks at aid stations ?  Not to mention cops stopping traffic on a main highway so a few cyclists could cross.  And a Kobe beef barbeque with a band.  Amazing.”
